Hello World!

Welcome to The Sides of a Story! Do you remember when you were a kid and you watched tv shows that inspired you as much as they entertained? They were about people, places, things being built, and how things worked. I loved those shows.

The truth is I just love to learn. I still love to learn how to do new things. When I find something interesting, I search for it, study it, try it, and sometimes perfect it as much as I am capable. I call them rabbit holes.

I realized in the world today we are divided in so many ways. By distance, culture, language, and yes even politics, beliefs, and ideals. However, as many things as we have different from each other we all have something in common: knowledge. We all have things we love to do, learn, try, and create. For some it’s a hobby. For some it’s a career. Mostly it’s life experiences.

Think about it…how many things do you know that you could teach someone else? How many things do you do on a daily basis that could help your neighbor, a teacher, a new parent, someone struggling or someone across the world?

I want to learn from you. I want to teach you what I know.

What can you teach me?

I can’t wait to learn together.

See you next time.

I love this. The irony of learning, I feel, is that the more we learn, the less we really know. Life is full of branching paths. One question can lead to any number of answers, and each one of those answers could give way to in infinite number of questions.

Keep up the search for knowledge, you never know where you might find a nugget of wisdom that could change your entire perspective on life!
